On May 16, 2012 the WA State Dept. of Health released six additional professions for online renewal. 

They are:

• Athletic Trainer
• Dental Assistant
• Dental Hygiene
• Dental Hygiene Renewable Limited
• Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary
• Recreational Therapist

They join Agency Affiliated Counselors, Animal Massage – Small, Animal Massage – Large, Dietitians, Hypnotherapists, Naturopathic Physicians, Nutritionists, Pharmacy Technicians, Surgical Technologists and Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical.

You will not be able to renew online if:

• Your credential has already expired.
• You are currently in any other status such as military, inactive, or retired.
• You want to change your status from active to military, inactive, or retired.
• You have an address change.
• You have a name change.

If your contact information is not current in the departments system, please complete and submit the address change form. Please include a valid email address. Contact the Department of Health prior to online renewal to make sure your contact information has been updated.
